– On arrival, as required by Greek law, we also collect identification/passport details for guest registration purposes.

– To manage and confirm your reservation (contract performance).

4. Who we share it with
– Booking data is processed through this website’s own booking system, with checkout handled via WooCommerce.

5. How long we keep it
We keep booking and tax-related data for as long as required under Greek tax law. Contact form enquiries are kept until your request is resolved (or until a booking follows), after which they are deleted within a reasonable time.
